You need someone with knowledge and expertise in capacity assessments and development
Capacity Needs Assessment
You work on water and sanitation related issues and are interested to assess the (workforce) capacity in your organisation, program or sector to improve capacity development efforts, or advocacy efforts.
This trajectory includes a kick off conversation, an inception report (including proposed assessment framework) that is based on engaged stakeholders, data collection, management and analysis, consultations on the preliminary findings and or recommendations, and a final report and actionable plan (designed by stakeholders).
Capacity Development Review
You need a capacity development and learning expert capable to review your capacity development efforts.
This service includes a kick off conversation to understand your needs and discuss your wants. This conversation will lead to co-designing the methods for review (from dialogues, to reviewing content, to surveying the audiences) and will lead your organisation to recommend and implement improvements.
