External facilitation

You need someone who can connect knowledgeable actors and facilitate a generative dialogue

Trajectory

You are interested to drive change in your internal processes or multi-partner program to overcome issues, and or improve practices.

This trajectory includes a kick off conversation to discuss your theme, interest area for change, or need for discovery. I will develop a unique program to facilitate the dialogue. This will include preparation phase, dialogue phase, and follow up phase.

facilitate partnership

Multiple organizations want to work together to drive change in society, but are in need of a neutral facilitator that supports them to establish joint objectives, shared activities and clear roles and responsibilities.

This service includes kick off conversations with the key client, and other actors involved in the foreseen partnership. This will support me in co-designing a process for facilitated dialogues with all partners.

facilitator for events

You need a well prepared, engaging facilitator for your workshop, webinar, network gathering, podcast and either this skill is not within your organization, or there is no in-house capacity.

This service includes a kick off conversation, the design of the facilitation methods (exclusive of the theme/ topics or speakers) and the onsite facilitation.
